Bob Dylan is a musician  and songwriter who was awarded  the Noble Prize in Literature in 2016

This is one of his most popular songs

Blowing in the wind

How many roads must a man walk down

Before you call him a man?
How many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, and how many times must the cannonballs fly
Before they're forever banned?

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind

Yes, and how many years must a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea?
And how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, and how many times can a man turn his head
And pretend that he just doesn't see?

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind

Yes, and how many times…

It is said he changed his name into Bob Dylan because of the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas but it is not 100% clear according to some articles like this one

Euthanasia will soon be a right for citizens in Spain. 2 BAC

One of the problems some students face when writing about a topic is the lack of ideas about it. Nowadays it is easy to find information online in English about current issues  and you should read about them to get familiar with the vocabulary and ideas that you can adopt as your own or simply use them to talk about different sides of a controversial topic.

In the next article the journalist informs about the approval of the euthanasia law.  Read the whole article and write a summary.

Exeria. The first Galician traveller. 3 ESO

A couple of weeks ago we could learn about Exeria thanks to NOA. As I was working and listening to the radio this evening I  heard her name and about Carlos Pascual who has translated and published her letters.  I guess we owe him the discovery of this curious and brave woman. Just in case you were curious too.
