Today,  last videochats with 2 ESO STUDENTS, NO MORE WORK FOR YOU!!!. I still have a lot of correction waiting in line and paper work but for a moment... I feel like singing and dancing.

We had our sad moment sharing tears while saying good-bye to Katie but she will be around for nearly another couple of months and we should be happy for her,  she will be a full time primary teacher near her relatives and friends in Kentucky. We love you Katie!

Most of my students  from 2nd ESO have already watched the video and answered some of the questions. I am bringing it  here again as it has been uploaded to the amazing web  AULAS GALEGAS

QUEREMOS GALEGO!!! 

Watch this great video created by Seso Durán and his students (also lots of mine, who I love to see dancing and singing) to commemorate Galician Literature Day a few years ago.

 The video became so popular that the main singer was received like a star by young teenagers at OLLOBOI Festival that year. Jeremias was asked to take photos with his fans and sign autographs. It was great!

 As part of the activities of our three-year-Erasmus Project SAFTAS,  the students made this short video to show what the festival was like.

Furious Monkey House. 2nd ESO

I have recycled a post from 2016. So these are no longer young teenagers.

"Furious Monkey House" is a band from Pontevedra, Spain, formed by Mariña, Carlota, Amaya, Irene and Manu in March 2014.

The band recorded a five-track demo before recording their debut album between February and March 2015 at  Planta Sónica (Vigo) and at  Abbey Road Studios (London), the famous studios where The Beatles, The Rolling Stones  and many other groups have been recording their albums.

So what is special about them? Their age! They are just teenagers like those of you who are in 1st or 2nd ESO  so they have to go to school, do homework, take exams and on top of that they  make great music!

• Traduce na túa libreta os verbos e escribe 5 frases 

Exemplo:   I always catch the ball.

Podes usar os  adverbios: 

always=sempre,                          never=nunca,

sometimes= algunhas veces,      normally= normalmente
Ou as partes do día: 
in the morning: pola mañá       in the afternoon: pola tarde
in the evening: pola tardiña     at night  ( pola noite)
